  • Where can I find my PIN number?  - On the metal identification plate on your machine.
  • How can I find the part number I require? - Take a look at our Part Finder.
  • I have bought the wrong product can I exchange this at my local dealer? - All parts must be returned to JCB World Parts Centre.
  • My product has arrived damaged or faulty, What should I do? - Contact the customer services team who will assist you in our returns process.
  • Do parts come with a warranty?  - Yes all parts come with 6 months warranty.

Returns

  • How do I return a part? - Please contact Customer Services via telephone or email, we will then arrange a collection via courier.
  • How long do I have to return a part? - All parts must be returned within 14 days.
  • Can I return a part to my local dealer? - All products must be returned back to JCB World Parts even if purchased on a click and collect basis.

Refunds

  • How long will it take for me to receive my refund? - After we have received your part and it has been checked, we will refund your money via the method you paid with. You should receive payment within 5 working days.
