FAQs

  • Where can I find my serial number? Your serial number can be found on the metal identification plate which can be found on your machine.
  • How can I track my order? You will be able to track your order by using the tracking number which will be sent to you on your dispatch confirmation email.
  • How can I find the part number I require? If you are unable to find the part number required, take a look at our Part Finder.
  • I have bought the wrong product can I exchange it? All parts must be returned to TCH JCB.
  • My product has arrived damaged or faulty, What should I do? Should your items arrived damaged or faulty please contact the customer services team who will assist you in our returns process.
  • Do parts come with a warranty? Yes all parts come with 6 months warranty.

Returns

  • How do I return a part? Should you wish to return your part please contact Customer Services via telephone or email, we will then issue you with a returns label which can be placed on your parcel and taken to your local post office, for larger items we can arrange a collection via courier.
  • How long do I have to return a part? All parts must be returned within 14 days.
  • Where do I return a part?All products must be returned back to TCH JCB.

Refunds

  • How long will it take for me to receive my refund? After we have received your part and it has been checked, we will refund your money via the method you paid with. You should receive payment within 5 working days.
