JCB Return Policy

Most items you buy from https://parts.jcb.com/in/ can be RETURNED within the allowed time frame. Some items are marked as NOT REURNABLE which cannot be returned and refunded.

Refunds will be sent to the same payment method which you used to pre-book your order.

Refund timelines and policies are further explained as under.

General returns policy.

1. Products can be returned within the allowed return period of 21 days from delivery: Reasons for return can be: -

- Products are damaged / defective at time of delivery.

- Wrong product has been delivered.

- If the reason for return does not fall under the above categories, customers may select the "Others" option along with clear description of issue

- Uploading images of the product to establish the defect observed by you is mandatory.

2. We will check the product before processing the return . A return will only be accepted if:

- The product was not tampered / abused after delivery, while in your possession.

- The product is exactly has been sent you by JCB Dealership.

- The product is in original condition with:

- Original Packaging

- MRP tag intact

- User manual, warranty card, and all accessories included.

- The uploaded images are clearly displaying the defect

Non - returnable cases

- Items marked “nonreturnable “on the product page cannot be returned.

Terms & Condition:

- Incase of any inquiry or doubt with products availability, short receipt and model compatibility, please consult customer care for arranging a technician call.

- Shipping and Packaging forwarding charges are not Refundable. All Parts return Shipping charges are to be paid by the Customer in case of correct delivery by seller.

- Please keep the item in its original condition, with MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging. We may contact you and / or carry out verification checks to ascertain damage or defect in the item prior to issuing a refund.
