JCB Parts Online – UK Returns Policy

At JCB Parts Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the policy below.

You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.

You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if:

- It is returned within 14 calendar days from the day you receive it.

- It is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

- It is not marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

- Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

- Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

Return Process

1. Contact our Customer Support or initiate a return via your online account within 14 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

3. Package the item securely and return it to the address provided.

4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We may request photos or conduct a verification check before issuing a refund or replacement.

Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

1. I no longer require this product

2. I have found this cheaper elsewhere

3. I ordered the wrong product

4. I received the wrong product

5. The product I received was damaged

6. Delivery has taken too long

7. Other – Please provide details in the return form.
